IMPORTANT - Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By completing the online registration process, clicking the "Submit", "Accept", or "Sign Up" buttons, or usingany of the products or services, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions. Ellingua, LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice,and it is the responsibility of the user to understand said terms.

Registration

To use the products and services offered by Ellingua, LLC you will be required to submit a registration form. As part of the form, you agree to (i) provide certain information aboutyourself and (ii) keep that information current, complete, and accurate. You may not register for any product or service if you are under 13 years of age without approval from you parentor guardian. By registering, you confirm that you are indeed 13 years of age or older or that you have received approval from the appropriate party as stated. If Ellingua, LLC discovers thatyou have provided false, incomplete, or inaccurate information or that you do not meet the age requirement, Ellingua, LLC reserves the right toterminate all rights to access, receive, and use Ellingua's products and services upon notice.

You also give permission to allow all personal information to be processed in the United States and to be maintained and processed by employees ofEllingua, LLC. No information provided to Ellingua, LLC will be sold or distributed to third parties.

Conduct

You are solely responsible for all transmissions when using Ellingua LLC's products and services. Any indecent, unlawful, vulgar, obscene, racist, harassing, violent, offensive, or threateningbehavior is forbidden. Ellingua, LLC reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary or appropriate for such behavior.

Passwords and Security

As part of the registration process described above, you will be required to submit your email address and a choosen password. You are responsible to maintain the security of your account, and you herebyagree to carefully safeguard your choosen password. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. All unauthorized account access should be reported to Ellingua, LLC immediately. Use of Ellingua, LLC'sproducts and services is limited to authorized users only. Unauthorized access may be considered a criminal offense. Ellingua, LLC is not responsible for any loss incurred by inappropriate use of your account.Futhermore, you may be liable for loss incurred by Ellingua, LLC by inappropriate use of your account with or without your knowledge.

Ellingua, LLC will not send emails requesting your account's password or any personal financial information. Report any behavior to Ellingua, LLC immediately. You are responsible for keeping your account andpassword secure.

Services and Fees

Ellingua, LLC processes all fees via credit card only. Ellingua, LLC does not save your financial information and does not provide renewal options. All services are purchased on a one month term (four weeks)starting from the first online lesson, and renewal by the user is required at the end of said term. Lesson availability is subject to change, and Ellingua, LLC makes no guarantee of future available times.

Cancellation of services by the user will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but will result in a refund of no more than the price of the unused lessons. Termination of an account through violation of these terms and conditionswill not receive a refund of any paid fees.

Payment of Fees. All fees must be paid before the commencement of the term to which those fees apply. Lessons are reserved at time of purchase.
